Welcome

Wecome to reading my next post! =]
One of my favorite words has to be "Welcome."

Why?
Cause of how charming it sounds when someone says it.
Someone may say to you "Good Morning," but wouldn't it be better if someone said "Welcome to a new day!"? Makes it sound like you have a new opertunity every time you start off a day. When you enter a building and the first thing you hear is "Welcome to ___" and it gives you a feeling like you belong there.
Nobody likes to feel rejected and the word "welcome" offers people a place where they are obviously wanted. Just because the person who says it to you must say it to everyone doesn't mean that a person is not wanted there.
One of my favorite stores to go to is Walmart just because I am always greeted when I enter and leave. When you go to a friend's place the first thing you may hear is "Hey!" however I would much rather hear "Welcome." Whenever I leave a room and enter again one of my friend always say "Welcome back" and it gives me a warm feeling everytime.
So welcome to my blog and I hope you enjoyed reading this and I also hope you enjoy reading all the other ones! =]

Blogacizerr!!

Link to each other this week: here's how. On the sidebar of my page "East Side Professor" to which now you all have a link... scroll down to view the "Creative Writing Blogs" Click on one of your classmates links so that you can grab their URL. Copy it and then go back to your page. Go to "Design" then in your blog list link and paste their address in the "Add by URL."

1. Link to the person who tagged you
2. Post these rules on your blog
3. Tell about your six quirks, see below.
4. Tag three bloggers to do the same
5. Leave them a comment to let them know you’ve tagged them

My six quirks:
1. I am the kind of person who makes sure that I am always having fun no matter what. If I'm bored.... No such thing!! =]
2. I can't sit still for a long period of time, if I'm stuck in a room and getting impatient I'll play with something in front of me, shake my legs, or tap my fingers on something (like a table.)
3. I am good at getting in trouble, for whatever reason whenever I do something wrong I always get caught.... YIKES!
4. I always forget to say the word "please," but I always remember to say "thank you." If you tell me to say "please" first I will most likely blow it off and say "never mind!" I don't know why... I just don't say please often =]
5. I love animals... hate house cats. I think house cats are the most evil things in the world and when I see one I bash on about how horrible they are. If you have a house cat keep it away from me and I'll leave it alone.
6. I do not have A.D.D. or A.D.H.D. believe it or not... I just choose not to calm down when I'm in a good mood. I don't get distracted easily, but I like to see interesting things so when I say "LOOK AT THAT!" when I'm in a middle of a sentence it's not A.D.D. it's one of the few times a day when I am actually observant and I notice something.

Why write?

People write for all sorts of reason and in many different ways. Journalizing, poems, short stories, novels, and many more. A few only write when they are forced to, but writing is a sign of expression. Writing is a way to express emotions and learn things about oneself that one never thought of before.
Why write?
To learn
Learn what?
Yourself
How?
Writing can bring out inner feelings one never knew he/she had before.

Writing is a secondary way of communication (talking is first.) This does not just involve chatting and texting, and it doesnot mean to talk to someone else. A person can go back to past writings in a journal and communicate with their past. It also goes through in a book. When one writes a story he/she is able to show it to other people.
